By purchasing products from Sashwhy's Studio you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

PAYMENTS AND DESIGN PROCESS:

All packages (not including "extras") require a 50% down payment. This payment is non-refundable. Once your payment is received you will be sent a questionnaire via e-mail that you must fill out before the design process begins. After receiving your completed questionnaire, a representative from Sashwhy's Studio will contact you by e-mail to discuss your design and to give you the approximate start date of your design. The remainder of your balance must be paid upon completion of design, but before installation takes place.

FEES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Changes in clients input or direction or excessive changes will be charged according to the price of the work.

COPYRIGHT

Sashwhy's Studio retains all copyright privileges on all designs. The client owns the copyright to his/her web site/blog content. Sashwhy's Studio's link must remain at the bottom of the client's web site/blog design. Sashwhy's Studio reserves the right to display or not to display a thumbnail of your completed web site in our portfolio. All graphics and design work should not be used for any other purpose than what was originally agreed upon. If the client would like to use any graphics from his/her design for any other purpose, he/she must contact Sashwy's Studio first.

ACCESS TO ACCOUNTS:

Clients agree to provide Sashwhy's Studio with any necessary login information to their perspective domain or hosting accounts if needed.

REFUNDS:

Because of the digital nature of all products there will be NO REFUNDS.
